Japan cautious over China's forward-deployed forces in defense p

TOKYO, Japan - Defense Minister Yuriko Koike arrives at the prime minister's office to attend a regular Cabinet session on July 6. The annual defense white paper she presented to the session expressed caution over the Chinese military's forward deployment while reiterating concern about North Korea's nuclear and missile development.
