Japan eyes expanding food labeling to restore consumer confidenc
TOKYO, Japan - Katsuhiro Machida, chief of the agriculture ministry's consumer safety bureau, address the inaugural meeting of a panel designed to consider an expansion of the food labeling system and other measures to restore consumer confidence at his ministry on July 10.
