Japan moon explorer enters orbit for observation
TOKYO, Japan - A tiny image of the earth (indicated by an arrow) is seen above an arc of the moon surface in this image taken by Japan's first lunar probe, Kaguya, and released by the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency on Oct. 21. The agency said that Kaguya has been positioned into a lunar observation orbit and is ready to start its mission just over a month after its launch. (Kyodo)
