Japan, China hold talks over food-poisoning outbreak
TOKYO, Japan - Li Chunfeng, vice director of the Import and Export Food Safety Bureau of China's General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, speaks to reporters on Feb. 3 after a meeting with Japanese officials on the outbreak of food-poisoning triggered by frozen meat dumplings made in China.
