CAP POL#Japan, China hold talks over food-poisoning outbreak
TOKYO, Japan - Li Chunfeng (R), vice director of the Import and Export Food Safety Bureau of China's General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, enters the Cabinet Office in Tokyo on Feb. 4 for a second day of talks with Japanese officials on the outbreak of food-poisoning triggered by frozen meat dumplings made in China.
