U.S. commander welcomes resumption of Japan's refueling mission

MANAMA, Bahrain - Vice Adm. Kevin Cosgriff, commander of the U.S.-led coalition fleet engaged in antiterrorism operations in the Indian Ocean, responds to questions from reporters in Manama on Feb. 19. He welcomed Japan's upcoming resumption of its refueling mission in the region after a nearly four-month hiatus and vowed to make sure the fuel will be used in line with Japanese law. (Kyodo)
