Japan restarts refueling mission for antiterrorism operations

ABOARD THE OUMI, Arabian Sea - Crew members of a Pakistani destroyer wave to the Japanese Maritime Self-Defense Force fleet support ship Oumi in the Indian Ocean on Feb. 21 after the Japanese vessel provided fuel to it.
