New U.S. Forces Japan chief stresses realignment necessary
TOKYO, Japan - Lt. Gen. Edward Rice, the new commander of U.S. Forces Japan, speaks at a change-of-command ceremony at the U.S. Yokota Air Base outside Tokyo on Feb. 25.
