Panel proposes restricting mobile phone use by schoolchildren

TOKYO, Japan - A 10-member government advisory body on education proposed May 26 restricting the use of mobile phones by elementary and junior high school students to prevent them from accessing what the panel regards as harmful information. (Kyodo)
