Nippon Oil, Nippon Mining to merge business
TOKYO, Japan - Photo taken Dec. 4 shows the headquarters of Nippon Oil Corp., the largest oil distributor in Japan, in Tokyo's Minato Ward. Nippon Oil and the country's sixth-largest oil distributor, Nippon Mining Holdings Inc., said the same day they will decide on integrating their business at respective board meetings later in the day.
