Sumo association unveils official characters
TOKYO, Japan - The Japan Sumo Association unveils its official promotional characters on Aug. 31 aimed at increasing the number of sumo fans, particularly children. The characters include sumo wrestler Hiyonoyama (C, top row), a leading figure who hopes to become a grand champion, and his rival (R, top row). (Kyodo)
