Japanese, Pakistani foreign ministers hold talks in Islamabad
ISLAMABAD, Pakistan - Japanese Foreign Minister Katsuya Okada (R) and his Pakistani counterpart, Shah Mahmood Qureshi, shake hands ahead of their meeting in Islamabad on Oct. 12, 2009.
