Okinawa gov. urges gov't to decide on Futemma policy soon

NAHA, Japan - Okinawa Gov. Hirokazu Nakaima responds to questions from reporters at the Okinawa prefectural hall on Oct. 13, 2009. Nakaima urged the central government to decide soon on its policy on the relocation of the U.S. Marine Corps' Futemma Air Station in expressing his view on how to assess the environmental impact of the existing plan to transfer the facility to another city in Japan's southernmost prefecture.
