Japanese sake makes debut in British parliament
LONDON, England - Koichi Saura (L), a board member of the Japan Sake Brewers Association, and Lord Pearson of Rannoch open a sake barrel in front of a picture of the House of Lords during a party at Westminster in London on Nov. 18, 2009. The party, held to commemorate the 150th anniversary of bilateral relations, became the first event at which Japanese rice wine was served in the building. (Kyodo)
