Nobel winner Noyori raps drive to cut science budget
TOKYO, Japan - Nobel chemistry laureate Ryoji Noyori (2nd from R), speaks about a government working group's recommendation to cut the science and technology budget at a news conference in Tokyo on Nov. 25, 2009.
