KITAKYUSHU, Japan - Chinese Vice President Xi Jinping visits a factory operated by Yaskawa Electric Corp. in Kitakyushu, Fukuoka Prefecture, in southwestern Japan on Dec. 16, 2009. Xi, on a three-day trip to Japan, viewed an area where a welding robot is assembled for China First Automobile Works Group Corp. and said he found Yaskawa's technological level ''high.'' (Kyodo)
