Ishikawa named MVP of Japan's pro sports
TOKYO, Japan - Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama (R) hands teenage golf star Ryo Ishikawa a certificate for the Japan Professional Sports Award for 2009 at the prime minister's office on Dec. 25, 2009. The 18-year-old, this year's money list winner in Japan, won the award for the most valuable performer in Japanese professional sports for the second year in a row. (Kyodo)
