Disaster-affected people create Guinness-recognized blanket
Photo taken in September 2014 in the disaster-hit northeastern Japan city of Ishinomaki shows people piecing together 20-square-centimeter pieces of knitting contributed from all over the world. They created a 464-square-meter blanket, which has been recognized as the largest in the world by the Guinness Book of World Records. (Kyodo)
