Japan awards 7 new assistance projects to Mindanao in Philippines

Japanese Ambassador to the Philippines Kazuhide Ishikawa (L) signs on March 24, 2015, in the Philippine capital Manila seven Japan-funded grant assistance projects to conflict-affected areas on the southern island of Mindanao.
