Son retells dad's treatment of Japanese POWs in Philippine jail
Ignacio Bunye, the second son of Alfredo Bunye, who served as superintendent of the New Bilibid Prison in Muntinlupa, where Japanese military officers and soldiers were detained for crimes committed in the Philippines during World War II, speaks in an interview with Kyodo News in Manila on March 6, 2015.
