Nagasaki mayor speaks at U.N. disarmament confab in Hiroshima
Mayor Tomihisa Taue (far R) of Nagasaki, southwestern Japan, attends the U.N. Conference on Disarmament Issues in Hiroshima on Aug. 27, 2015, as one of the panelists.
