Japanese doll based on "enka" ballad singer Ishikawa produced
Veteran Japanese "enka" ballad singer Sayuri Ishikawa, clad in kimono and wearing a Japanese hairdo, poses with a Hakata doll, a traditional craft in the Hakata district of Fukuoka, at the Hakataza Theater in the southwestern Japanese city on Sept. 3, 2015. The theater produced the doll based on Ishikawa to celebrate a scheduled stage play featuring the singer who will play the wife of a Hakata doll craftsman. (Kyodo)
