Japan's new pro basketball circuit to be known as "B. League"
The Japan Basketball Association announces in Tokyo on Sept. 15, 2015, that the new men's professional basketball circuit will be known as the "B. League." From L: entrepreneur and television personality Takafumi Horie, JBA Secretary General Masaaki Okawa, JBA President Saburo Kawabuchi and Yuta Tabuse, a star domestic league player who had a brief stint with the U.S. NBA's Phoenix Suns in 2004.
