H.K. political culture detrimental to democracy bid: Chow
Student leader Alex Chow, one of the leaders in the 79-day pro-democracy occupation protest in 2014 in Hong Kong, is interviewed by Kyodo News in the territory on Sept. 8, 2015 ahead of the movement's anniversary on Sept. 28.
