Japanese man seeks to return WWII Navy soldiers' photos to kin
A few dozen photos of young soldiers of the now-defunct Imperial Japanese Navy found by Toshio Katae, owner of a construction firm in Fukuoka, from among his late father's belongings are shown in the southwestern Japanese city on Sept. 15, 2015. Katae, whose father was an instructor at the Navy's Sasebo marine corps, has been trying to locate survivors or kin to return the photos to them. (Kyodo)
