Miyagi stays distant from tsunami-hit school preservation

Photo taken in May 2015 shows Okawa Elementary School's building in the Miyagi prefectural city of Ishinomaki in northeastern Japan. A total of 84 teachers and students of the school were killed or went missing in the 2011 earthquake and tsunami disaster. Miyagi Gov.
