2 Japanese awarded honorary citizenship from S. Korea province

Shiozo Nishimori (R), former speaker of the Kochi prefectural assembly in western Japan, and Japanese journalist Masaki Tachikawa (R) receive on Oct. 20, 2015, an honorary citizen award from South Jeolla Province in southwestern South Korea in the in the provincial city of Yeongam for their efforts to promote civil exchanges between the two countries.
