Nagasaki apologizes to kin of late S. Korean A-bomb victims

Bereaved relatives (R) of deceased South Korean atomic bombing survivors receive notifications in Seoul on Oct. 22, 2015, from Yoichi Hayashi (L), head of the Nagasaki prefectural government's support division for A-bomb victims, that revoke the Japanese city's earlier decision to turn down their demands for reimbursement of all medical expenses.
