5th concrete technology convention held in northern Japan city

The fifth concrete technology convention is held in Morioka in the northeastern Japanese prefecture of Iwate on Oct. 27, 2015, to discuss infrastructure development technology conducive to the reconstruction of areas hit by the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake.
