Palau to exclude foreign fishing boats from its EEZ
Undated photo shows Palau President Tommy Remengesau, who signed a bill into law on Oct. 28, 2015, to exclude foreign fishermen from the western Pacific island country's exclusive economic zone to protect the marine ecosystem.
