Swiss fish farm uses warm Alpine water to produce caviar
Caviar from Siberian sturgeon raised at Tropenhaus Frutigen, a greenhouse fish farm in the Swiss Alps in Frutigen, southeast of Bern, is served at the farm's restaurant on Aug. 18, 2015. Warm runoff mountain water from a railway tunnel nearby is used to heat the greenhouses. (Kyodo)
