Figure skating: Japan's Uno books GP Final spot

Photo taken Nov. 16, 2015 shows Japanese figure skater Shoma Uno, who topped after the men's short program at the Trophee Eric Bompard in Bordeaux, France, on Nov. 13. The International Skating Union officially announced on Nov. 24 that the short program results will stand as the final results after the event was canceled due to the Paris terrorist attacks. Thus the 17-year-old reigning junior world champion won the fourth event of the six-leg Grand Prix series and secured a spot in the GP Final in Barcelona to be held in December. (Kyodo) ==Kyodo
