Support rating for Abe Cabinet up 7 points to 55.3%: Kyodo survey
Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe makes a speech in Hiroshima on May 27, 2016, the same day U.S. President Barack Obama became the first sitting U.S. president to visit the western Japan city. A Kyodo News opinion poll showed on May 29 that the support rating for the Abe Cabinet stood at 55.3 percent, up 7 percentage points from the previous month, following Obama's visit. (Kyodo)
