Matashichi Oishi, an 82-year-old former crew member of the Japanese tuna fishing boat Fukuryu Maru No. 5 that was contaminated with radioactive fallout from a 1954 U.S. hydrogen bomb test in the Pacific, seeks support for his petition to set up an antinuclear "Tuna Memorial" at the Tsukiji fish market site, during a gathering in Tokyo on Sept. 22, 2016.
