Controversial statue in Busan
A statue symbolizing Korean laborers forcibly taken to Japan during wartime is moved out of the National Memorial Museum of Forced Mobilization under Japanese Occupation in Busan, South Korea, on July 4, 2018. The city returned the statue, which has been temporarily kept at the museum after being removed from a sidewalk near the Japanese Consulate General, to the civic group the same day. (Kyodo)
