Training for heavy snowfalls in Niigata

Training is held in Minamiuonuma in Japan's Niigata Prefecture on Jan. 28, 2021, to improve preparedness for when heavy snow strands vehicles on the nearby Kanetsu Expressway. Approximately 2,100 vehicles became stuck on the expressway in December 2020 during a snowstorm.
