Scandal involving Japan PM Suga's son
Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga (C) bows in apology during a House of Representatives Budget Committee session in Tokyo on Feb. 22, 2021, over a scandal in which senior communications ministry officials were treated to expensive dinners by Suga's eldest son. The son works for Tohokushinsha Film Corp., a company that offers satellite broadcasting services for which the ministry issues broadcast licenses.
