Quake-hit bullet trains resume Tokyo-northeastern Japan services
Passengers at JR Sendai Station in Miyagi Prefecture get on a Tohoku Shinkansen bullet train bound for Tokyo on Feb. 24, 2021, as bullet train services between Tokyo and northeastern Japan resumed the same day, 11 days after they were disrupted due to a powerful earthquake that hit the Tohoku region.
