Kansai airport offers tourists multilingual signage via smartphone

Kansai International Airport in Osaka Prefecture, western Japan, begins on Jan. 20, 2015, offering two-dimensional bar codes (R, bottom) at about 100 locations to provide tourist information in nine languages via smartphone or tablet computer.
