U.N. envoy on N. Korea human rights visits Japan
Marzuki Darusman (R), the U.N. special rapporteur on human rights in North Korea, and Eriko Yamatani, a Japanese minister in charge of the abduction issue, shake hands in Tokyo on Jan. 22, 2015, prior to their talks.
