Cuban dissidents not happy with planned ties with U.S.
Cuban dissidents Vladimir Ortiz (L) and Rolando Reyes express opposition against the restoration of diplomatic ties with the United States in an interview with Kyodo News in Havana on Jan. 21, 2015.
