Hello Kitty goods exhibit starts at Osaka department store
An art exhibition featuring Hello Kitty goods and paintings starts at the flagship Umeda store of Hankyu Hanshin Department Stores Inc. in Osaka, western Japan, on Jan. 28, 2015, to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the fictional character's birth. Among the exhibits at the show through Feb. 16 is a drawing by Yuko Yamaguchi, designer of the character, based on the theme of "Alice in Wonderland," as seen in this photo. (Kyodo)
