Ex-lawmaker brokers resale of N. Korean 'embassy' building in Tokyo

Former upper house member Toshio Yamauchi speaks in an interview with Kyodo News on Jan. 29, 2015, about a real estate company's resale of the Tokyo headquarters building of the pro-Pyongyang General Association of Korean Residents to another firm. A realty company operated by Yamauchi acted as a go-between for the deal, enabling the association to use the building again as North Korea's de facto embassy in Japan in the absence of diplomatic ties between the two countries.
