'Smart glasses' help tourists view 3D images of landscapes in Tokyo
A Kinki Nippon Tourist Co. employee wears a pair of "smart glasses" in Tokyo's Nihonbashi area on Jan. 14, 2015, developed for the travel agency's three-dimensional virtual reality tour. The device enables participants in the tour, which started recently, to see 3D images of landscapes in the Japanese capital as they looked in the Edo and Meiji periods (1603-1912). (Kyodo)
