1-year prison term given to ex-Korean Air VP over "nut rage"
File photo shows former Korean Air Vice President Cho Hyun Ah appearing at South Korea's Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport in Seoul on Dec. 12, 2014. A Seoul court on Feb. 12, 2015, sentenced Cho, a 40-year-old daughter of the airline's chairman, to one year in prison for obstructing aviation safety on Dec. 5 by ordering a plane to return to the gate because she was angered over being served macadamia nuts in an unopened pack instead of a bowl.
