Abe advised to trim budget deficit by 2.5 tril. yen annually

Nongovernmental members of the Council on Fiscal and Economic Policy propose at a meeting in Tokyo on Feb. 12, 2015, that the administration of Prime Minister Shinzo Abe should trim the budget deficit by an annual amount of 2.5 trillion yen to attain its goal of turning the primary balance into surplus by fiscal 2020.
