Mitsubishi Electric develops tsunami detection system

Mitsubishi Electric Corp. displays in Tokyo on Feb. 17, 2015, a scale model of its new system that can detect signs of tsunami about 50 kilometers off the coast and help residents evacuate at an early phase.
