Kin of Japanese victims unveil memorial plate ahead of NZ quake anniv.
An engraved plate in memory of the Japanese victims of an earthquake that killed 185 people in Christchurch, New Zealand, in February 2011 is unveiled on Feb. 13, 2015, near the entrance to a special cemetery for the quake victims. It was set up by bereaved relatives. The Japanese characters say "Dreams, fly high." (Kyodo)
