Imperial banquet menus to get public showing

Photo taken Feb. 26, 2015, shows chronologically organized albums containing some of the 1,200 menus from banquets at the Imperial Palace from 1874 to 1964 collected by the late former imperial head chef Tokuzo Akiyama.
