Master brewer uses Italian rice in bid to produce new sake
Chief sake brewer Yoshinao Shintani mixes yeast with steamed Italian rice at his sake storehouse in Yamaguchi, western Japan, on March 5, 2015, in an attempt to produce rice wine from the grain produced in Biella, northern Italy.
